New Mascot

Rusty Proudbottom appointed Mascot of New Media - Designs. Rusty comes to us from a breeder in Hanford California. Rusty spent the first 22 months of his life in Southern California but now resides in Fremont. It has been an interesting transition with such a wet winter and his incredible appetite for socks but he is settling in comfortably to his new role.

Rusty gets quite a bit of attention when I post pictures of his antics for my friends. It is a good reminder to lighten up. A little humor can get everyone's attention much faster than more factoids. We have enough factoids. So I am resolved to balance out this site with a few Rusty stories. Hope he brightens your day as much as he does ours.

You may think I am getting a little off topic here but I do see a good point to tie this into my core topic. Rusty is a constant reminder of the balance of left and right brain that it takes to get the job done. First and foremost, he reminds me to step away from the keyboard once in a while. We take a walk and I get to look at the bigger picture of what I am doing here. So I say to you, go out and take a walk, clear your head and answer the following questions.
